The NEPPE training programme is consistent with the European educational standard &#8220;Exercise in pregnancy and postpartum&#8221;. There were three editions of IMPK-NEPPE: in May and November 2022 and March 2023. One of the successes of the NEPPE project was the wide interest in our training among exercise professionals from various countries. <strong>332 candidates from 41 countries registered for the three editions of the training: <\/strong>Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ethiopia, Philippines, Finland, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Iran, Iceland , Canada, Kenya, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Germany, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Italy, UK, Ivory Coast, USA, United Arab Emirates .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 223 people successfully completed the recruitment process, <strong>172 people completed the training<\/strong>, including 74 foreign students. An additional practical examination entitling to entry in the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS) was passed by 120 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project was carried out by a group of world-class practitioners and scientists &#8211; a total of 32 experts from 18 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"826\" height=\"810\" src=\"https:\/\/neppe.awfis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/crowd_53876-25449-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1583\" srcset=\"https:\/\/neppe.awfis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/crowd_53876-25449-3.jpg 826w, https:\/\/neppe.awfis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/crowd_53876-25449-3-300x294.jpg 300w, https:\/\/neppe.awfis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/crowd_53876-25449-3-768x753.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 826px) 100vw, 826px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><strong>The third edition of the NEPPE training has been completed<\/strong><br>We recruited 113 people for the third edition. 85 people completed the training, including 34 students from 11 countries: China, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, South Africa, Romania, Slovenia, Ukraine and Italy.<br>The third edition included more extensive classes on platforms supporting the implementation of exercise programmes remotely (including more detailed information on the functioning of the Lenus platform) and online marketing. Additionally, the participants of the third edition were offered a lecture on the European project &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/new-health.eu\/en\/new-health-foundation\">New Health 2022<\/a>&#8220;.<br>In the third edition of the NEPPE training, classes were conducted by 28 experts from 18 countries. <br>The classes took place from March 3 to March 31, 2023.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/neppe.awfis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Detailed-schedule-of-the-NEPPE-Training_-3-31-March-2023.pdf\">Completed programme<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><strong>The second edition of the NEPPE training has been completed in December 2022. <\/strong><br>60 training participants took part in the classes implemented by 25 experts from various countries from around the world: We had representatives from: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Ethiopia, Greece, Spain, Canada, Iran, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, the United States and Great Britain. <br><a href=\"https:\/\/neppe.awfis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Detailed-schedule-of-the-NEPPE-Training_7-NOV-4-DEC-updated-18.11.pdf\">Completed programme<\/a><br><br><strong>We received a lot of very positive feedback from our participants. We recruited over 50 participants from 14 countries. We have representatives from Austria, Canada, China, Ethiopia, Greece, Iran, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Great Britain and the USA.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/neppe.awfis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Detailed-schedule-of-the-NEPPE-Training_4-31.05.pdf\">Completed programme<\/a><br><\/p><cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=p4HnWUpVceE\">Watch the video Material<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NEPPE training includes 150 teaching hours (including theoretical and practical classes). One teaching hour is 45 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Classes are conducted in English or Polish, remotely via Teams or on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022 and 2023 the NEPPE training was implemented intensively for a month continuously: 4-5 teaching hours on weekdays in the afternoon (14:00 &#8211; 19:00 CET) and 7-8 teaching hours on weekends (10:00 &#8211; 19:00 CET).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of 150 teaching hours, time is planned for independent, individual work of participants under the supervision of tutors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the online mode, classes are recorded, so in case of absence, participants will be able to catch up the material at a convenient time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants who pass the theoretical exam receive a certificate of completion of the training.
