Below we present the description of the NEPPE training along with guidelines for its implementation. The description is extended to include the proposed recruitment procedure and criteria as well as tools for monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of education. It also contains the results of the evaluation of three editions of the training and a survey of the fate of graduates.
